1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using ArchiMass, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use ArchiMass for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it. Education administrators are responsible for authorised student access.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security. We may require verification and may suspend access to protect users or the service.
3. Your content, Arena and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in project inputs and content you are authorised to submit. Publishing does not transfer those rights to ArchiMass or other visitors. You grant ArchiMass a limited worldwide licence to host, reproduce, resize, add attribution to and transmit that content as needed to operate, secure and support the service, honour your sharing settings and meet legal obligations.
Publishing to Arena authorises public display of reduced-resolution, attributed previews, indexing and sharing of a link back to the published Arena post. Social networks may cache and display its preview card. This permission ends when you unpublish the post, subject to reasonable third-party caching and archival delays. Private project files and original-resolution images are not made public through this permission.
Respect the creator. Unless the creator has given written permission or applicable law permits the use, visitors must not download, copy, reproduce, reuse, redistribute, remove attribution from or present another creator’s images or work as their own. Sharing the Arena post link with its attribution intact is allowed. A public preview does not grant a licence to use the underlying design or image.
ArchiMass uses reduced-resolution previews, visible attribution and browser controls to discourage misuse. These measures cannot prevent screenshots, copying or all third-party misuse. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ArchiMass is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised copying, reuse, misattribution or other third-party misuse. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affect mandatory consumer rights. Report suspected infringement with the post link and evidence of your rights through our contact page.
4. Outputs and professional responsibility
Subject to law and third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for you. Similar outputs may be generated for others. ArchiMass does not guarantee uniqueness, approval, profitability or fitness for a project.
5. Plans, tokens and payment
Paid features, billing periods, taxes and token allowances are shown at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Tokens may represent compute entitlement, may expire at the stated cycle, and are not cash or transferable property. Changes to pricing will apply prospectively with required notice. See the cancellation policy and refund policy.
6. On-demand GPU service
You may choose to migrate an active ArchiMass project to an isolated cloud GPU workspace when additional compute is needed. Applicable prices, estimated session conditions and any usage limits will be shown before the paid session begins. GPU sessions may be paused or ended after an idle-time warning, when purchased usage ends, for security reasons, or when required to protect the service.
ArchiMass will use reasonable efforts to save and verify the latest project state before switching modes and before releasing the GPU. Provisioning, migration, synchronisation and return to local mode may take time or fail because of project size, connectivity, provider availability or technical faults. Cloud GPU access can improve performance but does not guarantee a particular frame rate, latency, rendering time or compatibility with an obsolete browser or device.
Connection loss. If the user's internet connection, electricity supply or device connection is interrupted, ArchiMass will normally keep the GPU session available for a reconnection grace period of up to 10 minutes, unless a different period is shown in-product. GPU usage charges continue during this grace period. ArchiMass will attempt an immediate recovery checkpoint and, if the user does not reconnect, a final verified Auto Backup before terminating the GPU session. Active GPU charging stops after termination, although disclosed project-storage or recovery costs may continue. A render, export or other protected background operation may follow its separately displayed completion or termination policy.
A valid account may continue into the GPU workspace without another password prompt through a short-lived, single-use migration token. Browser cookies, saved passwords and unrelated personal browser data are not transferred to the GPU machine. Further details appear in the privacy policy.
Furniture Marketplace and “Shop this look”
Marketplace is a separate paid image-search service. Each confirmed turn searches for up to ten main visible interior items, with up to ten candidates in total, and shows suitable product alternatives where available. The displayed charge is per turn, not per item. Books, magazines and newspapers are excluded. Fewer than ten eligible items or verifiable product alternatives may be found; a product match is not guaranteed. Each additional “Scan for more items” turn uses the same current per-turn price and requires a separate price-and-terms confirmation. Resuming the same saved turn does not itself create a second scan charge. The current per-scan price is shown before you proceed. New confirmed scans, including administrator scans, deduct the displayed amount from available Top Up credit. You must expressly accept these terms and the displayed charge. An administrator may change the price prospectively; the server confirms the price before deducting available Top Up credit. Existing image-generation allowances are separate. A scan fee pays for the search and comparison work, not for a product purchase or a guaranteed match.
With your consent, the room image is processed by our service providers to locate visible objects. Item crops and search terms, together with your selected city and country, are used to find third-party products. Results are similar alternatives; related options are labelled separately when their visual resemblance has not been confirmed. An AI-generated object may have no exact purchasable counterpart. Visual resemblance does not verify a brand, model, SKU, quality, authenticity, seller identity, safety or suitability. Product facts are attributed to their source with a check time. Prices, currencies, stock and delivery coverage can change. A general stock statement does not establish availability in your selected city.
Marketplace is available for Interior images only. Your selected country and city guide Marketplace searches. Results require evidence of a retailer operating in that country; foreign listings are excluded. Prices are displayed only when the source identifies the local currency. If retailer verification is unavailable, a search-listing source is labelled and unknown or ambiguous prices, stock and city delivery are shown as unverified. Retailer preferences are considered alongside visual relevance; other verifiable retailers in the same country may also appear. City or postal-code delivery is unverified unless the retailer provides specific evidence. Before buying, independently verify the seller, product, final price, shipping address and delivery coverage, taxes, warranty, returns and refund terms at the retailer. Product links open third-party websites. Purchases and product payments are made directly with those third parties; ArchiMass does not supply, fulfil, insure or guarantee those transactions. To the extent permitted by law, ArchiMass is not responsible for third-party fraud, non-delivery, defective goods, misleading listings or other seller conduct. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer rights.
Scan markers and product references are saved privately with your account and project. Product photos, source pages, prices and availability may expire, be withdrawn or need a fresh retailer check, subject to source availability and applicable third-party terms. Closing the page does not by itself require a new paid scan. Reopening saved results does not guarantee that their former facts remain current. A separate new scan requires a new displayed-price confirmation. Applicable billing disputes, failed-service requests and refunds follow our refund policy. 6. Acceptable use and third parties
Use ArchiMass lawfully and only with content, sites, plans and datasets you are authorised to process. You must not:
- violate privacy, confidentiality, copyright, database rights or other intellectual-property rights;
- use malware, phishing, credential theft, surveillance, harassment, discrimination or facilitate physical harm;
- access another account or non-public system without permission;
- bypass usage, payment, rate-limit or safety controls, or burden the service through unauthorised scraping;
- misrepresent AI output as professionally certified, regulator-approved or verified by ArchiMass; or
- publish personal, confidential or unlawful material in Arena.
Do not use unverified outputs as the sole basis for life safety, structural, legal, planning, lending, insurance, housing or other high-impact decisions. We may investigate misuse, remove public content, limit features, suspend or terminate access, and report conduct where legally required. Third-party services have separate terms and remain outside our control.
7. Accessibility
ArchiMass is being designed toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, but this is a target rather than a current certification. We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, labelled forms, contrast, zoom and reflow. Interactive 3D modelling may require alternative structured summaries, commands or exports. If a barrier prevents access, use the contact page to request help or an alternative format.
8. Availability, suspension and termination
We may update, limit or discontinue features and will use reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment. You may stop using the service and delete your account. Provisions intended to survive—such as payment obligations, disclaimers and liability limits—continue.
9. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded. Final warranty disclaimers, liability cap, excluded losses, indemnity language, governing law and dispute process require counsel approval before these terms become effective.
